We value your complete satisfaction. If within 7 days of receiving your vehicle you decide you do not want your vehicle for any reason, give our customer service department a call and we may refund you your money or send you a replacement based our return policy agreement.
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
2. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
3. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
4. Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition.
5. This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper maintenance.
6. All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.
7. If the vehicle has been used and fueled, 30% restocking fee may be applied.
8. If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 days and have used it, you are not eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at your cost.
9. In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return shipment . Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund. For free shipping items, the first shipment is the actual shipping cost that we pay to the shipping company to deliver your merchandise.
10. Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non-refundable.

THOROUGHLY INSPECT THE SHIPMENT AS SOON AS RECEIVED before the driver leaves. Note any damage or short on the Proof of Delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon delivery to carrier as Bill of Lading are receipts for shipments complete and in good condition. If any concealed loss or damages is discovered, notify the freight agent at once and have them note it on the Proof of Delivery. All claims for damage or loss while transit must be made directly to carrier. All claims must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

PLEASE DO NOT RIDE THE VEHICLES TO PREVENT FUTHER DAMAGES IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THEM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON VEHICLES THAT HAVE BEEN HEAVILY USED.
